REGISTRATION

Gray Mare Preschool begins registration the first week of February for the next school year.  Please
call the office for an enrollment form.   You will receive priority registration if you have a continuing or
returning student.  A non-refundable $50.00 enrollment fee is required with the enrollment form for
new students and $25.00 for returning students.

All enrollment applications and fees must be sent via U.S. mail to the following address (drop-off
registrations will not be accepted):

We will process applications in the order received.  We will send enrollment confirmation by the end of
February.  If we can’t enroll your child in your first choice class, we will enroll him/her in the second
choice class and put your child on a waiting list for your first choice.  

Your enrollment fee will be returned if your child is not offered a position in any class.

Here are just a few reminders:

  • You must submit an application with the enrollment fee.
  • Your child must be three years old by September 1 to enroll in the 3-year-old program.
  • Your child must be four years old by September 1 to enroll in the 4-year-old program.
  • Your child must be completely toilet trained.  

When you fill out the enrollment form, please fill out all the pages of the forms and be careful to sign
the form.  All lines and or questions must be filled out to meet state licensing requirements.  If the
information is not available or not applicable, please indicate such.
